Pre-Orders/ Backorders

WHAT DOES IT MEAN IF A PRODUCT IS LISTED AS PRE-ORDER OR BACKORDER?

If an item is listed as a pre-order or backorder, this means that we don’t have it from our manufacturer yet, but it is available for sale. The product page will let you know when the item is expected to ship. As soon as we get the product in stock, we will ship it out to you!

Defective Products

MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE. HELP!

Yikes, so sorry! We guarantee high-quality apparel free of manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship. We are not responsible for damages caused by misuse (ex. “Look how far my new shirt stretches, Mom”!) or abuse (ex. Look Dad! I learned how to use scissors today. . .on my new shirt!).

Send us an email at support@beeniebean.com with the details and a photo of the defect and we will take care of you ASAP!

Domestic Us Shipping

HOW MUCH DOES DOMESTIC SHIPPING COST?

We forward USPS shipping charges on to you. Please visit https://postcalc.usps.com to obtain an estimate.

HOW LONG WILL A PACKAGE SHIPPED VIA STANDARD SHIPPING TAKE TO GET TO ME

We process orders within a week of receiving them.

Our orders ship from Portland, OR and typically take from 2-10 days to get to you.

HOW LONG WILL A PACKAGE SHIPPED VIA EXPEDITED SHIPPING TAKE TO GET TO ME?

An expedited order will make it your doorstep within 1-3 business days after it is shipped.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU USE?

We use United States Postal Service. If you need us to use a different carrier for any reason, please contact us and we will make our best effort to accommodate you.

Exchanges

HOW DO I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT THAT DOESN’T FIT?

We want you to look awesome in your new beaniean gear! If an item does not fit as expected, we are happy to exchange it for a size that will make you look and feel 100% fabulous.

Email at customerservice@beeniebean.com with the details and desired size, and we will set up an exchange, pending availability.

All returned items must be in a New condition (i.e. unwashed, unmodified, unworn). We cannot exchange any items with strong smells such as cigarette smoke and perfume.

Please note that we do not refund shipping fees.

Once we received your returned merchandise, we will cover the shipping for the exchanged item. All exchanges must be submitted within 30 days of the date we shipped your order.

International Shipping

DO YOU SHIP ORDERS INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes we do!

HOW MUCH DOES INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COST?

We charge a flat fee for international shipping:

• Canada: $20

• Everywhere Else: $40

WILL I NEED TO PAY CUSTOMS, TAXES, & DUTIES ON MY INTERNATIONAL ORDER?

You will be responsible for any duties & taxes charged upon delivery. These fees are not included in your shipping charges &beeniebean cannot estimate what fees you will be charged.

Missing Or Incorrect Items

SOMETHING IN MY ORDER IS INCORRECT. WHAT DO I DO?

Yikes, so sorry! Please email customerservice@beeniebean.com to let us know how we goofed. We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible. All claims must be made within 30 days of the date we shipped your order.

Order Tracking

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

When your order ships, you should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you have not received your tracking, please contact us so we can look into it for you. If you are an international customer, please let us know if you have not received your package after 30 days. Lost package claims must be brought to our attention within 120 days from when the order shipped.

I ACCIDENTALLY ENTERED THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?

If the order has not shipped, email support@beeniebean.com with the correct address. It is not 100% guaranteed that we will be able to change the address, but we will do our best!

For USPS – If the order has shipped then we will not be able to reroute the package. You can try contacting your local post office and they may be able to route the package to you when it arrives in their office.

If your package is returned to us, we are more than happy to ship it back to you with the correct address. However, you will be responsible for the shipping fee to re-ship the order.

Orders & Payment

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Stripe. We do not accept checks, money orders, or cash at this time.

How will I know if you received the order I placed online?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation email with all of your order details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at support@beeniebean.com and we can check on your order status.

Do you collect sales tax?

Depending on your shipping destination, we collect sales tax to be remitted to the appropriate US state. 

Do you collect international sales taxes and duties?

You will be responsible for any duties & taxes charged upon delivery. These fees are not included in your shipping charges &beeniebean cannot estimate what fees you will be charged.

WHAT IS PAY WITH AMAZON?

This is a service Amazon provides that allows you to quickly check out using the using the billing & shipping information you have saved on your Amazon account. In order to use this service, you must have an existing Amazon account. To checkout with Pay with Amazon:

1 Click “Pay with Amazon” on the Cart or Checkout page

2 Log into Amazon using your Amazon log in credentials

3 Select the address and payment method from Amazon

4 You will then be directed back to the Svaha Checkout Page where you can complete your purchase!

Promotions

I HAVE A PROMOTIONAL CODE. HOW DO I USE IT?

First check to make sure the code is typed in correctly and check to make sure it is not expired and that you have met all of the requirements for the promotion. If it is still not working, email support@beeniebean.com. We’ll reach out to you to help you check out.

Please note that only one code is valid per order, and cannot be used in combination with other codes or discounts.

HOW ARE YOUR CLOTHES MADE?

Almost all of our apparel is made with combed, ringspun cotton. We strive to provide the highest quality products made from the most environmentally friendly ingredients and sourced from the most ethical vendors.

WHAT APPAREL SIZES DO YOU OFFER?

Babies: 6-18 months

Kids: 2T – 13/14 years.

WHERE ARE YOUR PRODUCTS MANUFACTURED?

Our products are sourced from LAT Apparel.  Please refer to their site.

Refunds

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT FOR A REFUND?

Send us an email at support@beeniebean.com with the details, and we’ll be happy to accept a return your Svaha product for a refund or store credit. Please note that customized items are exempt from refunds.

Once we received your returned merchandise, based on your preference, we will issue a store credit or a refund back to your original payment method.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND FOR A RETURNED PRODUCT?

Return processing can take up to 2 weeks. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment.

We accept returns or exchangeswithin 30 days of the ship date. After 30 days, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. For items purchased as holiday presents, we allow exchanges through January 31st.

All returned items must be in New condition (i.e. unwashed, unmodified, unworn). We cannot return or exchange any items with strong smells such as cigarette smoke and perfume.

Personalized items: We will only accept returns only if an item is defective or has manufacturing errors.

Final Sale items : Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items marked as final sale can only be returned for store credit. They cannot be refunded or exchanged for another product.

Exchanges of non-customized items : Pending availability, we allow exchanges for all US orders. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, send us an email at support@beeniebean.com and send your item to:

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN WINDOW FOR ITEMS PURCHASED AS HOLIDAY GIFTS?

We want you to feel confident buying gifts with us for everyone on your holiday shopping list! If you buy products between October-December 2018 for holiday gifts, we allow returns or exchanges up until 1/31/19.

Please note that some products are excluded from returns.

ARE ANY ITEMS IN YOUR STORE NON-RETURNABLE?

Customized items.

DO YOU ALLOW RETURNS FOR FINAL SALE ITEMS?

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Clearance items marked as final sale can only be returned for store credit. They cannot be refunded or exchanged for another product.

CAN I EXCHANGE A PRODUCT I RECEIVED AS A GIFT?

Yes, but only non-customized items. Please email support@beeniebean.com and we will take care of you. You will need to provide us with the name and/or email address of the gift giver so we can set up your return.

I LIVE OUTSIDE THE US. CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We only allow exchanges for orders shipped within the US. If you live outside the US, you must return the item to us and repurchase the size you need.
